The Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) allows gifted students from various countries where Netherlands Education Support Offices (Neso) are present to pursue their studies in the Netherlands. Higher education institutions administer this program, and (universities in Netherlands) approximately 50 scholarships are granted annually to students from India / studying in the netherlands

Citizens of either India or Indonesia
Does not have a degree from a Dutch education institution
Should not be currently studying or working in the Netherlands/ colleges in netherlands
Candidate should currently be undergoing the admission process or be already admitted to a study program or course at one of the Dutch higher education institutions participating in OTS.
Establish OTS eligibility and entry requirements
Choose an appropriate course and Netherlands College from the Nuffic NESOs Study Finder portal.
Apply and get confirmation from the chosen Dutch University
Orange Tulip Scholarship application process by downloading the OTS form from Nesco.
Submit the form in Word or PDF format
Attach copies of the required documents.
The selection criteria for the OTS involve evaluating the academic achievements and professional background of the applicants. The selection process for the OTS India program comprises three stages:
Phase 1: Acceptance of Applications and Initial Screening
Phase 2: Review of Application Documents and Selection of Awardees
Phase 3: Announcement of Scholarship Recipients
