As of February 1, 2023, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is conducting its third Express Entry invitation round. It is the first program-specific Entry draw of the year. This latest Entry draw was only open to candidates nominated by a Canadian province.

As receiving a provincial nomination increases the applicant’s CRS score by 600, Express Entry candidates require a minimum CRS score of 133 to be eligible to be nominated by a Canadian Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in this draw.
